United EV Electric Bikes Pakistan 2026 – All Models, Prices & Honest Review

All United electric bikes and scooters in Pakistan for 2026: EV Bullet, Bullet Swap, Sharp and Max series. PAVE prices, official specs, real-world range and warranty.

United EV Electric Bikes Pakistan 2026 – All Models, Prices & Honest Review

United electric bike prices in Pakistan start at PKR 249,000 for the Sharp 1500-W scooter and PKR 250,000 for the EV Bullet 2000-W motorcycle, rising to PKR 410,000 for the Bullet Swap Max. These are the official PAVE scheme prices — the only United EV prices published by any official source.

United is the electric range of United Auto Industries (Pvt) Ltd, the Lahore company behind the United US-70 and US-150 petrol bikes. It sells one electric motorcycle (the Bullet) and around a dozen electric scooters, through the same dealer network as its petrol bikes. Seven United models are on the government's PAVE list.

The catch: United does not publish retail prices, warranty terms or battery-swap details for its electric models on unitedmotorcycle.com.pk. This review separates what United and PAVE officially state from what dealers and news sites report.

Prices verified November 2026. Confirm current pricing before purchasing.

Full Model Lineup at a Glance

United's EV page lists 13 models. PAVE lists seven, five of which (the Bullet Pro, Max, Ultimate, Swap Pro and Swap Max) do not appear on United's own website.

Specs are from United's homepage and EV page; PAVE prices from pave.gov.pk, both checked 1 November 2026. "—" means no official source gives the figure. Ask a United dealer for a written spec sheet and price.

Real-world range is typically 60–70% of the brand-stated figure in mixed city traffic. On that rule, the Bullet's 80–90 km becomes roughly 50–60 km, and the Super Max's 130–135 km becomes roughly 80–95 km.

United's EV page also contradicts itself. A second section on the same page lists the Pro scooters with graphene batteries and different figures — for example the Sharp X Pro at 1200W and 70–75 km instead of 1500W and 90–100 km. The table above uses the first listing. A Sharp Max Z1 is also listed, with a "100W" motor that is clearly a typo, so we have left it out.

Model Reviews

United EV Bullet 2000-W — PKR 250,000 (PAVE)

The Bullet is United's only electric motorcycle and the one most buyers search for. It looks like a conventional 125cc bike, with a 2000W rear hub motor and a lithium 72V 30Ah battery. United states 80–90 km per charge, a 90–95 km/h top speed on a plain road, and a 4–5 hour charge.

Expect around 50–60 km in real city riding. That suits a 20–25 km each-way office commute with a margin, but not a daily 70 km delivery shift without a midday charge.

News reports from January 2026 (PakWheels, Daily Ausaf) put the dealer price at around PKR 280,000 and describe a 72V 25Ah battery — smaller than the 30Ah on United's own page. PakWheels' model page shows PKR 347,500. With no official retail price, treat the PAVE price of PKR 250,000 as the benchmark and question any dealer quote well above it.

Brakes are dual disc according to PakWheels. One PakWheels owner review (April 2026) reports getting no more than 20 km per charge, with the battery dropping fast below 80%. That is a single report, but it is a reason to ask for a range demonstration and the battery's Ah rating in writing.

Bullet Pro, Bullet Max and Bullet Ultimate — PKR 260,000 to 315,000 (PAVE)

These three trims appear only on the PAVE list. All are rated 2000W, and the PAVE brochure photos show the same Bullet body. United's website does not mention them, so the difference between them — most likely battery size and therefore range — is not officially documented.

TrimPAVE Price (PKR)Extra over base Bullet
Bullet Pro 2000-W260,000+10,000
Bullet Max 2000-W280,000+30,000
Bullet Ultimate 2000-W315,000+65,000

Before paying PKR 65,000 extra for the Ultimate, get the battery voltage, Ah rating and claimed range from the dealer in writing. Without those, there is no way to know what the extra money buys.

Bullet Swap Pro and Swap Max — PKR 385,000 and 410,000 (PAVE)

The two most expensive United models on PAVE carry "Swap" in their names, and the PAVE brochure photos show a box-shaped battery case mounted on the frame instead of the standard Bullet's side covers. The name suggests a swappable battery.

What battery swapping means: instead of plugging the bike in for 4–5 hours, you ride to a swap station, take out the empty battery and put in a fully charged one in about a minute. You usually pay a subscription or a per-swap fee and may not own the battery at all. It solves charging for riders without a socket at home and for delivery riders who cannot wait for a charge.

What United actually says: nothing. The words "swap" and "swappable" do not appear anywhere on unitedmotorcycle.com.pk, and we found no United announcement of a swap-station network, a swap partner, swap fees or battery specs for these trims. Some price-comparison sites quote specs for the Swap Max (one claims a 60 km/h top speed and a 1-year warranty), but none cite United or PAVE.

Pakistan's first public-sector e-bike swap station opened in Faisalabad on 4 August 2026, with two cabinets and 24 battery slots, a subscription model, and a target of 50 cabinets in Faisalabad by December 2026, as reported by Express Tribune and ProPakistani. Neither report names United or any bike brand, so do not assume a United Swap battery fits those cabinets.

At PKR 135,000–160,000 more than the base Bullet, the Swap trims only make sense if a dealer can show you a working swap point in your city and tell you the swap cost. If they can't, buy the standard Bullet.

United Sharp 1500-W Scooter — PKR 249,000 (PAVE)

United's PAVE-listed scooter. PAVE gives only the name and motor rating, and the brochure photo shows a step-through scooter with a top box. On United's own site the only "Sharp" rated at 1500W is the Sharp X Pro: 72V 35Ah battery, 90–100 km claimed range (roughly 55–70 km real-world) and 50–55 km/h top speed. Confirm the exact model with the dealer before you apply.

At 50–55 km/h this is a city scooter, not a highway bike. It suits students, women commuters and short office runs where a step-through frame and a top box matter more than speed.

United Max Series Scooters (lithium) — price not published

The Max scooters are where United lists lithium and LiFePO4 batteries (76V–76.8V, 30–40Ah) and 90–100 km claimed range. Two stand out:

  • Super Max: 1500W, 76.8V 40Ah LiFePO4, 130–135 km claimed (about 80–95 km real-world). The longest-range model United lists.
  • Premium Max: 1500W, 76V 32Ah LiFePO4, 65–70 km/h — the fastest United scooter.

The Classy Max, Smart Max, Sharp Max, Sharp Max Z2 and Cheetah Max are 800–1200W scooters with similar 90–100 km claims and 40–50 km/h top speeds. None of the Max scooters is on PAVE, and United publishes no prices, so you will need dealer quotes.

United Pro Series Scooters — price not published

The cheaper Pro series (Classy Pro, Smart Pro, Sharp Pro, Sharp X Pro) uses 60V or 72V batteries that United's second spec listing describes as graphene. Claimed ranges are 55–100 km. The Classy Pro (800W, 55–60 km claimed, about 35–40 km real) is the entry model and is best for short trips inside one neighbourhood.

PAVE Scheme — United Approved Models

Self Finance means you pay the full scheme price and the government transfers PKR 80,000 to your bank account after delivery and verification. Bank Lease means a partner bank pays United, PKR 50,000 is deducted, and you repay the rest at 0% markup over up to 2 years.

pave.gov.pk describes the Bank Lease loan for bikes as PKR 200,000 (another line on the same site says up to PKR 250,000). Only the Sharp and the base Bullet fit fully inside PKR 200,000 after the subsidy. For the other trims, the "upfront" figures above assume you pay the gap yourself — confirm with the bank, because PAVE does not explain how it handles prices above the loan limit.

The best-value PAVE pick is the base Bullet: about PKR 170,000 on Self Finance, or zero upfront and about PKR 8,333 a month on Bank Lease.

Installment Plans

United does not publish an installment plan for its electric models on its website, and we found no official bank page for United EV financing. Your options are:

  • PAVE Bank Lease (table above) — 0% markup, for selected PAVE applicants only.
  • Dealer installments — some United dealers sell on installments. Get the total payable amount in writing and compare it with the cash price, because dealer plans usually add markup.

Dealers, Service & Warranty

United's head office is at 75-E Moulana Shoukat Ali Road, Johar Town, Lahore. Phone: 042-35201881-3. Aftersales helpline: 042-111-786-221 (9 am to 5 pm), email service@unitedmotorcycle.com.pk.

United's dealer finder has separate lists for sales, warranty and service dealers, with cities including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Sheikhupura, Okara, Sahiwal and Vehari. The dealer names load only in a browser, so check your own city there. Many United dealers are petrol-bike dealers, so ask whether the one near you services the electric motor and battery.

Warranty: United publishes no EV warranty terms. PakWheels reports a battery warranty of 12–18 months that depends on the dealer. That is shorter than Vlektra (3-year battery) or Crown (4-year battery). Get the battery and motor warranty written on your invoice.

United's website has no test-ride booking. Visit a dealer and ask to ride the exact trim you plan to buy.

Running Cost vs Petrol

The Bullet's 72V 30Ah battery holds about 2.2 kWh. Allowing for charger losses, a full charge takes roughly 2.5 units of electricity (our estimate).

Using NEPRA's 2026 residential base rates as reported by Express Tribune:

Your slabRate per unitCost per full chargeCost per km (55 km real-world)
Protected, 101–200 unitsPKR 13.01~PKR 33~PKR 0.6
201–300 unitsPKR 33.10~PKR 83~PKR 1.5
Top slabPKR 47.69~PKR 119~PKR 2.2

A 70cc petrol bike at 53 km per litre with petrol at PKR 377.91 per litre (OGRA, 29 October 2026) costs about PKR 7.1 per km. Even on the top slab, the Bullet costs less than a third as much per km. Remember that charging every day adds about 75 units a month to your bill and can push you into a higher slab.

Full monthly and yearly numbers are in our petrol vs electric savings guide.

At almost the same PAVE price, the Bullet is faster than the Vlektra Velocity but claims about half its range, and Vlektra publishes its specs, prices and warranty in full. United's advantages are its petrol-bike dealer network in Punjab and the familiar 125cc-style body. OKLA OKT and Metro Thrill are scooters, better for riders who want a step-through frame.

United's official prices are the PAVE scheme prices: PKR 249,000 for the Sharp 1500-W scooter, and PKR 250,000 to 410,000 for the six Bullet 2000-W trims. United does not publish retail prices on its website; January 2026 news reports put the Bullet at around PKR 280,000 at dealers.

What is the price of the United EV Bullet 2000W?

The United EV Bullet 2000-W is listed at PKR 250,000 on the PAVE scheme, or about PKR 170,000 after the PKR 80,000 Self Finance subsidy. Outside PAVE, news reports put it at around PKR 280,000, but United does not confirm a retail price.

Is United on the PAVE scheme?

Yes. Seven United models are on pave.gov.pk: EV Bullet, Bullet Pro, Bullet Max, Bullet Ultimate, Bullet Swap Pro and Bullet Swap Max (all 2000-W), and the Sharp 1500-W scooter. Their scheme prices run from PKR 249,000 to 410,000.

Does the United Bullet Swap have battery swapping?

The name suggests it, but United has not published anything about swappable batteries, swap stations or swap fees. Ask the dealer to show you a working swap point in your city before paying PKR 385,000–410,000.

What is the range of the United EV Bullet?

United states 80–90 km per full charge. In mixed city traffic, expect roughly 50–60 km, and one PakWheels owner reported much less, so ask for a range demonstration.

What is the top speed of the United EV Bullet?

United states 90–95 km/h on a plain road. Its scooters are much slower, at 40–55 km/h, except the Premium Max at 65–70 km/h.

What warranty does United give on electric bikes?

United does not publish warranty terms for its electric models. PakWheels reports a 12–18 month battery warranty that varies by dealer, so get the warranty written on your invoice.

Which United electric scooter has the longest range?

The United Super Max claims 130–135 km from a 76.8V 40Ah LiFePO4 battery. Expect about 80–95 km in real riding.

How much electricity does a United Bullet use per charge?

About 2.5 units per full charge by our estimate. That is roughly PKR 83 at the 201–300 unit rate of PKR 33.10, or about PKR 33 for protected consumers.

Where can I buy a United electric bike?

From United dealers, listed by city on unitedmotorcycle.com.pk/dealers-network. The head office is in Johar Town, Lahore, and the aftersales helpline is 042-111-786-221.
