Crown electric bike prices in Pakistan range from PKR 145,000 for the Rizz to PKR 365,000 for the Raftaar Pro. The best-selling Champion costs PKR 285,000, and the long-range Champion Pro costs PKR 345,000.
Crown Electric Mobility is the electric arm of Crown Group, the Pakistani company best known for motorcycle spare parts and its own 70cc–150cc petrol bikes. It says it launched its EV business in 2019 and builds its bikes at a plant in Port Qasim, Karachi. Every current Crown model uses a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery — the safer, longer-lasting lithium chemistry that copes well with Pakistani summer heat.
Five Crown models are on the government's PAVE list, from the Fairy at a scheme price of PKR 210,000 to the Champion Pro at PKR 320,000. Crown's dealer locator lists 115 stores in 76 cities, the widest network of any electric bike brand we have reviewed.
All prices are taken from crownelectricmobility.com and pave.gov.pk. Prices verified November 2026. Confirm current pricing before purchasing.

Crown quotes every range "in eco mode", the slowest riding mode. Real-world range in mixed city traffic is typically 60–70% of the brand-stated figure, and we apply that rule to the top of Crown's range in the reviews below. Ride in a faster mode or with a pillion and expect less.
Crown also sells three electric 3-wheelers: the Ezee (PKR 269,000), Ezee XL (PKR 385,000) and the Rick E Mini rickshaw (PKR 489,900). They are aimed at older riders and small businesses and are not covered in detail here.
Model Reviews
Crown Rizz — PKR 145,000
Crown's cheapest model, and still an LFP battery at this price. It has a 600–800W motor, a 35–40 km/h top speed and a small 51.2V 20Ah battery that Crown says gives 50–70 km in eco mode. Estimated real-world range is about 42–49 km.
It weighs 48 kg and is rated for 100 kg, so it is a one-person bike. NFC unlock and a remote alarm come standard. Best for students and short trips under 20 km a day on flat roads. It is too slow for main roads like Shahrah-e-Faisal or Canal Road at rush hour.
Crown Spark — PKR 195,000
Launched at the EVs World Expo in Lahore in 2026. The Spark has an 800–1200W motor, 55–65 km/h top speed and a 64V 30Ah LFP battery. Claimed range is 50–70 km in eco mode, so plan on 42–49 km in real riding.
It is rated for 150 kg, so two riders are possible. Front disc and rear drum brakes. The Spark is the step up from the Rizz for buyers who need to keep pace with city traffic but cannot stretch to PKR 235,000.
Crown Fairy — PKR 235,000
A compact scooty that Crown markets at women and teenage riders. The 1000–1500W brushless motor reaches 50–55 km/h, and the 73.6V 30Ah LFP battery gives a brand-stated 60–70 km in eco mode — about 42–49 km in real traffic. It charges in 3–4 hours.
At 70 kg it is light and easy to push. It has combined braking (CBS), which applies both brakes together for shorter stops, plus reverse, NFC unlock and a large under-seat compartment.
The Fairy is on the PAVE list at PKR 210,000 — PKR 25,000 below Crown's retail price before any subsidy. That makes it the cheapest Crown you can buy through PAVE.
Crown Firefly — PKR 235,000
Same price and battery as the Fairy, but a stronger 1200–1800W motor, a higher 60–65 km/h top speed, and a longer claimed range of 70–90 km. Estimated real-world range is 54–63 km. It has disc brakes at both ends instead of CBS.
If you do not need the Fairy's lighter body, the Firefly gives you more speed and range for the same money. Crown sells a ToughGuard crash-guard upgrade for PKR 10,000. The Firefly is not on the PAVE list.
Crown Champion — PKR 285,000
Crown's core commuter model. It has a 1500–2200W brushless motor, 60–70 km/h top speed and a 73.6V 40Ah (about 3 kWh) LFP battery. Crown claims 100–120 km in eco mode. Estimated real-world range is 72–84 km, enough for most 30–40 km daily round trips with charge to spare.
It charges in 4–5 hours, weighs 100 kg and is rated for 180 kg — two adults. Features include CBS with dual front discs, a side-stand sensor that stops the bike moving with the stand down, NFC unlock, reverse and four riding modes.
The Champion is on the PAVE list at PKR 280,000. There is also a "Champion Lite" on the PAVE list at PKR 250,000 that Crown's website does not show. Ask the dealer for its battery size before choosing it.
Crown Champion Pro — PKR 345,000
The Champion with a bigger 73.6V 60Ah (about 4.4 kWh) battery. Motor and top speed are the same as the standard Champion, but claimed range rises to 160–180 km in eco mode. Estimated real-world range is 108–126 km, the longest of any Crown model.
The bigger battery adds 12 kg (112 kg total) and takes 6–7 hours to charge, so it suits overnight home charging. Choose it if you ride more than 60 km a day or cannot charge at work. For shorter commutes, the standard Champion is PKR 60,000 cheaper.
The Champion Pro is on the PAVE list at PKR 320,000, PKR 25,000 below retail.
Crown Knight Rider — PKR 295,000
A heavier, rugged-looking model with the Champion's 1500–2200W motor and 73.6V 40Ah battery. It has 12-inch wheels front and rear, weighs 136 kg and carries up to 200 kg, the highest load rating among Crown's two-wheelers. Claimed range is 100–120 km (eco), roughly 72–84 km in real use.
It suits riders who often carry a pillion or goods. The weight makes it harder to push or park in tight spaces. A "Knight Rider-Lite" is on the PAVE list at PKR 250,000; Crown's website does not list its specs.
Crown Flash — PKR 299,000
The Flash shares the Champion's motor, battery, 60–70 km/h top speed and 100–120 km claimed range (72–84 km estimated real-world). It weighs 110 kg and carries 180 kg. The difference is styling — it is PKR 14,000 more than the Champion with the same brand-stated performance. Buy it only if you prefer the look. It is not on the PAVE list.
Crown X200 — PKR 325,000
Crown's only electric motorcycle in the traditional shape, with 18-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels like a 125cc petrol bike. It has a 2000–3000W brushless motor, 60–70 km/h top speed, and a 76.8V 40Ah LFP battery that charges in 4 hours. Claimed range is 100–120 km in eco mode, about 72–84 km in real riding.
It has disc brakes at both ends and weighs 96 kg. The larger wheels handle potholes and broken roads better than the 10–12 inch scooter wheels on the rest of the lineup. It is rated for 150 kg, less than the Champion. It is not on the PAVE list.
Crown Raftaar Pro — PKR 365,000
Crown's fastest and most expensive two-wheeler. The 3000–4000W brushless motor reaches 85–90 km/h, the only Crown that can keep up on ring roads and expressways. The 73.6V 60Ah LFP battery gives a brand-stated 140–160 km in eco mode; estimated real-world range is 96–112 km, less if you use the higher speed often.
It weighs 122 kg, carries 180 kg and takes 6–7 hours to charge. The older Raftaar (without "Pro") that many websites still list at PKR 220,000–250,000 is no longer on Crown's website. If a dealer offers one, check whether it is old stock and which battery it has.
PAVE Scheme — Crown Approved Models
Crown, registered as Crown Benling EV (Pvt) Ltd, has five models on the official PAVE vehicle list:
| Model | PAVE Scheme Price | Self Finance (after PKR 80,000) | Bank Lease (after PKR 50,000) | Bank Lease Monthly (24 months, 0%) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fairy | PKR 210,000 | ~PKR 130,000 | PKR 160,000 financed | ~PKR 6,667 |
| Knight Rider-Lite | PKR 250,000 | ~PKR 170,000 | PKR 200,000 financed | ~PKR 8,333 |
| Champion Lite | PKR 250,000 | ~PKR 170,000 | PKR 200,000 financed | ~PKR 8,333 |
| Champion | PKR 280,000 | ~PKR 200,000 | PKR 230,000 (~30,000 upfront + 200,000 financed) | ~PKR 8,333 |
| Champion Pro | PKR 320,000 | ~PKR 240,000 | PKR 270,000 (~70,000 upfront + 200,000 financed) | ~PKR 8,333 |
Self Finance means you pay the full scheme price and the government transfers PKR 80,000 to your bank account after delivery and verification. Bank Lease means a partner bank pays Crown, a PKR 50,000 subsidy is deducted, and you repay the rest at 0% markup over 24 months.
The bank loan is capped at PKR 200,000 for bikes, so the Champion and Champion Pro need an upfront payment on Bank Lease. pave.gov.pk also mentions a PKR 250,000 limit elsewhere on the same page; confirm the limit with your bank.
For Self Finance, Crown says buyers can make a pay order at their bank and take it to any Crown dealer for delivery on the spot. The PAVE scheme prices for the Fairy, Champion and Champion Pro are PKR 5,000–25,000 below Crown's own website prices, so always quote the PAVE price at the dealer.

Installment Plans
Outside PAVE, Crown's website says installment plans are available on every model through MCB Bank, Meezan Bank and Alfa Mall by Bank Alfalah. Crown does not publish down payments, markup rates or monthly amounts. Apply through the bank directly and compare the total payable against the cash price before signing.
Bank options and typical terms are covered in our electric bike installment guide.
Dealers, Service & Test Rides
Crown's dealer locator listed 115 stores in 76 cities when we checked in November 2026. Many are in smaller Punjab, Sindh and KPK towns such as Rajanpur, Bhakkar, Mithi, Khipro and Swat. Crown's company-owned outlets are:
| City | Company Outlet |
|---|---|
| Karachi | Flagship showroom: Plot 3A, Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS Extension Block 6 |
| Karachi | AM 20, Frere Road, Saddar (Akbar Road) |
| Karachi | City Centre Mall, near Awami Markaz |
| Lahore | E-105, D1, DHA Main Boulevard |
| Faisalabad | Shop 3 & 4, JK Brothers Plaza, Jail Road |
| Multan | Motorcycle Parts Auto Plaza, near BCG Chowk |
| Hyderabad | Unit 7, near American Hospital, Latifabad |
| Peshawar | City Furniture Market, Ring Road |
Islamabad: Crown's homepage mentions Islamabad, but the dealer locator lists no Islamabad dealer. The nearest listed stores are in Rawalpindi (Bahria Town Phase 7, Circular Road and Dhamial Road), Wah Cantt and Fateh Jang. Quetta has no listed dealer.
Test rides are offered at any authorized dealer. Crown's helpline is 021-111000348 (Monday–Saturday, 10am–6pm).
Warranty & Battery
Crown's model pages list:
- LFP battery: 4 years / 48,000 km
- Motor and controller: 3 years / 36,000 km, "repairable warranty"
- Body parts: 1 year / 12,000 km
On paper, the 4-year battery cover is the longest of the brands we have reviewed. Read the full warranty terms before relying on it, though:
- Battery and motor cover is repair-only. Crown says it will not replace a battery or motor under normal warranty. Labour is free, but spare parts are charged at Crown's price list.
- Commercial use is excluded. Rental, delivery fleets and ride-sharing are not covered unless Crown agrees in writing. That conflicts with the Champion FAQ, which recommends the bike for delivery riders. Delivery riders should get written confirmation before buying.
- Paperwork matters. Claims need the invoice, warranty card, battery or motor serial number and a video of the fault. The warranty is not transferable to a second owner.
- The motor section also lists "exceeding 6 months from the date of purchase" as a reason a claim is refused, which contradicts the 3-year figure. Ask the dealer to confirm the motor terms in writing.
Running Cost vs Petrol
The Champion's 3 kWh battery takes roughly 3.3 units of electricity per full charge, including charging losses. At an assumed PKR 40–50 per unit, that is about PKR 130–165 per charge. Over an estimated 72–84 km of real-world range, that works out to about PKR 1.6–2.3 per km.
A 70cc petrol bike at 53 km per litre and petrol at PKR 377.91 per litre (OGRA, 31 October 2026) costs about PKR 7.1 per km. For a 40 km daily commute, the Champion saves roughly PKR 5,800–6,600 a month on fuel.
Full monthly and yearly numbers are in our petrol vs electric savings guide.

At roughly the same retail price, the Crown Champion has a larger battery and more claimed range than the OKLA OKT LFP and Vlektra Retro, plus far more dealers. Through PAVE, however, the Vlektra Retro and Velocity are cheaper: their scheme prices are PKR 55,000 and PKR 31,000 below the Champion's. The Velocity 180 matches the Champion Pro's claimed range for PKR 6,000 less at retail, but Vlektra has far fewer service points outside Karachi and Lahore.
