Vlektra Electric Bikes Pakistan 2026 – All Models, Prices & Honest Review

All Vlektra electric bikes in Pakistan for 2026: Bolt, 1969, Velocity 180, Velocity 180 SE and Retro. Official prices, specs, real-world range, PAVE prices and showrooms.

Vlektra Electric Bikes Pakistan 2026 – All Models, Prices & Honest Review

Vlektra electric bike prices in Pakistan range from PKR 279,000 for the Retro to PKR 619,000 for the 1969. The 105 km/h Bolt costs PKR 549,000, and the long-range Velocity 180 costs PKR 339,000.

Vlektra is the brand name of Vitality Electric Vehicles, a Karachi company started in 2020 by four financial analysts. It makes performance-focused electric motorcycles rather than scooters, and every current model uses a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery — the safer, longer-lasting lithium chemistry that handles Pakistani summer heat well.

Two Vlektra models are on the government's PAVE list: the Retro at a scheme price of PKR 225,000 and the Velocity at PKR 249,000.

All prices are taken from vlektra.com and pave.gov.pk. Prices verified November 2026. Confirm current pricing before purchasing.

Model Reviews

Vlektra Retro — PKR 279,000

The entry point to the brand. A 1500W hub motor with 100 Nm of torque, 70 km/h top speed, and a 24Ah LFP battery that charges in 2.5 hours. Brand-stated range is 80 km, so expect roughly 50–55 km in city traffic.

It has a classic round-headlamp design, three riding modes with reverse assist, a front drum and rear disc brake, and a rated load of about 180 kg. Best for short city commutes under 40 km a day where style matters as much as range.

Under PAVE, the Retro is listed at PKR 225,000 — PKR 54,000 below its retail price before any subsidy.

Vlektra Velocity 180 — PKR 339,000

Vlektra's range-focused model and its best value for daily commuters. The 1500W BLDC motor (80 Nm) tops out at 70 km/h, but the 72V 36Ah LFP battery gives a brand-stated 180 km — the longest claimed range in Pakistan's sub-PKR 400,000 segment. Real-world, expect roughly 110–125 km.

The battery is rated for 3,000 charge cycles and uses about 3 units of electricity per full charge. Brakes are front drum and rear disc. Load capacity is about 185 kg.

The Velocity is the Vlektra model sold through PAVE (scheme price PKR 249,000) and through Vlektra's own 0% markup installment plans.

Real-world range in city traffic: approximately 110–125 km.

Vlektra Velocity 180 SE — PKR 399,000

The same 72V 36Ah LFP battery and 180 km claimed range as the Velocity 180, with three upgrades: a higher 85 km/h top speed, dual-piston caliper disc brakes front and rear (instead of a front drum), and tubeless tyres.

Vlektra does not list the SE's motor rating on its product page. If top speed and braking matter for highway or intercity riding, the extra PKR 60,000 over the Velocity 180 buys real safety improvements. For city-only commuting, the standard Velocity 180 is better value.

Vlektra Bolt — PKR 549,000

Vlektra's flagship, marketed as "Pakistan's fastest electric motorcycle": 72V 3000W BLDC motor, 120 Nm torque, 105 km/h top speed. (OKLA's OVEGA claims a higher 120 km/h, so the title is contested.) It is built like a sports bike — upside-down front forks, a rear monoshock, dual-piston disc brakes at both ends, and 17/16-inch wheels.

The 72V 38Ah LFP battery gives a brand-stated 150 km, so plan on roughly 90–105 km in real riding, less if you use Sport mode often. A full charge takes 3.5 hours and about 3 units of electricity. It has Eco, Sport and Reverse modes, a Bluetooth sound module, and a rated load of about 200 kg with a pillion.

Vlektra says the speed limit is factory-set and unlocking it may void the warranty.

The Bolt Dark (PKR 599,000) is the same bike with a blacked-out finish, built-in tank storage for the charger, and the integrated sound module.

Vlektra 1969 — PKR 619,000

A café-racer styled bike with the Bolt's performance: 3000W BLDC motor, 120 Nm, 105 km/h, and 0–60 km/h in about 4 seconds according to Vlektra. Battery is a 72V 36Ah LFP pack with a 3.5-hour charge. Dual-piston disc brakes front and rear, and a rated load of about 200 kg.

Range is unclear. The 1969 product page headlines 150 km, but the FAQ on the same page says "up to 80 kilometers per charge", and a PakWheels expert review reported around 100 km. Ask the showroom for a written range figure before buying. Our estimate for mixed city riding is 80–100 km.

The 1969 is the most expensive Vlektra and is bought for its looks. If you want the same speed and better-documented range, the Bolt is PKR 70,000 cheaper.

PAVE Scheme — Vlektra Approved Models

Vlektra (registered as Vitality Electric Vehicles) has two models on the official PAVE vehicle list:

ModelPAVE Scheme PriceSelf Finance (after PKR 80,000)Bank Lease (after PKR 50,000)Bank Lease Monthly (24 months, 0%)
RetroPKR 225,000~PKR 145,000PKR 175,000 financed~PKR 7,292
VelocityPKR 249,000~PKR 169,000PKR 199,000 financed~PKR 8,292

Self Finance means you pay the full scheme price upfront and the government transfers PKR 80,000 to your bank account after delivery. Bank Lease means a partner bank pays Vlektra, a PKR 50,000 subsidy is deducted, and you repay the rest at 0% markup.

For Self Finance, Vlektra asks selected applicants to submit a pay order of PKR 249,000 in the name of "Vitality Electric Vehicles" at a Vlektra showroom or any Bank Alfalah or Meezan Bank branch. Delivery is expected within 60 days of payment. Vlektra's PAVE help line is 0319-8535872 (from vlektra.com/pave-scheme).

The PAVE list says "Velocity" without the 180 or 180 SE suffix — confirm the exact variant with Vlektra before paying.

Installment Plans

Outside PAVE, Vlektra runs its own installment plan for the Velocity 180 and Bolt, over 12, 18 or 24 months. You apply through the form on vlektra.com.

When Vlektra launched 0% markup plans for the Velocity 180 in May 2026, ProPakistani reported these terms:

PlanDown PaymentMonthly Installment
12 monthsPKR 74,000PKR 24,600
18 monthsPKR 122,000PKR 13,700
24 monthsPKR 170,000PKR 8,300

These were based on the earlier PKR 369,000 price. The Velocity 180 is now listed at PKR 339,000, so current installments may be lower — use the calculator on Vlektra's site.

Documents required: CNIC, salary slip, bank statement and utility bill. Self-employed applicants and business owners need CNIC, bank statement, utility bill, and FBR registration with a tax return certificate.

Bank-based options (Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and others) are covered in our electric bike installment guide.

No Islamabad or Rawalpindi location is listed. Service support is strongest in Karachi, where the company is based. Buyers in Islamabad, Peshawar or Faisalabad should confirm how warranty repairs are handled before buying.

You can book a test ride through vlektra.com.

Warranty & Battery

  • Battery: 3-year replacement warranty on all current models
  • Motor: 2-year replacement warranty (Bolt, Velocity 180, Retro)
  • Battery life claims: Vlektra states up to 15 years for Bolt, Velocity and 1969, and 10 years for Retro. These are brand claims. The warranty (3 years) is the number to plan around.

All models charge from a normal 220V wall socket with the included charger. Vlektra advises against fast chargers on the Velocity 180 because they can shorten battery life.

Running Cost vs Petrol

The Bolt and Velocity 180 each use about 3 units of electricity per full charge. At PKR 40–50 per unit, that is PKR 120–150 per charge. Vlektra itself quotes about PKR 90 per charge, which assumes a lower tariff.

For the Velocity 180 at a realistic 110 km per charge, that works out to roughly PKR 1.1–1.4 per km. A 70cc petrol bike at 53 km per litre and petrol at PKR 377.91 per litre (OGRA, 29 October 2026) costs about PKR 7.1 per km.

Full monthly and yearly numbers are in our petrol vs electric savings guide.
