Evee Electric Scooters & Bikes Pakistan 2026 – All Models, Prices & Honest Review

All Evee electric scooters in Pakistan for 2026, from the PKR 97,000 Flipper to the S1 Air. Official prices, graphene vs lithium, warranty, range and PAVE status.

Evee Electric Scooters & Bikes Pakistan 2026 – All Models, Prices & Honest Review

Evee electric scooter prices in Pakistan range from PKR 97,000 for the Flipper to PKR 319,900 for the S1 Air Lithium. The popular Gen-Z costs PKR 177,900 with a graphene battery or PKR 229,900 with lithium, and the S1 costs PKR 206,000 or PKR 269,900.

Evee is made by Fusion Engineering (Pvt) Ltd in Lahore, a company that started in auto spare parts and moved into making Road Star tricycle loaders before launching Evee. Every Evee is a scooter (step-through, with a floorboard), not a motorcycle. Most models come with a choice of two batteries: a cheaper "graphene" battery, or a Phylion lithium battery that costs PKR 45,000–64,900 more.

One important point before you shop: no Evee model is on the government's PAVE list, so you cannot use the PKR 80,000 subsidy on an Evee. Some older articles, including earlier versions of pages on this site, said otherwise.

Prices are taken from Evee's official site evee.pk and cross-checked against a Lahore dealer's price list and PakWheels. Prices verified November 2026. Confirm current pricing before purchasing.

*Evee lists the Sqube on its site, but its product page is blank. Sqube figures come from a dealer price list and PakWheels — confirm with Evee before buying.

Real-world range is typically 60–70% of the brand-stated figure in mixed city traffic, and lower on a graphene battery in summer heat or with a pillion. We apply that rule to the top claimed figure in each model section below.

Models you may still see elsewhere: the Nisa (PKR 155,000), Nisa 3W, S1 Pro (PKR 272,000), C1 and C1 Air. They are no longer listed on evee.pk. A dealer still sells the Nisa and S1 Pro, but ask whether the stock is new and whether the full warranty applies.

Graphene vs Lithium: The Choice That Matters Most

Almost every Evee decision comes down to the battery.

  • Graphene batteries sold in Pakistan are lead-acid batteries with a graphene or carbon additive. They are cheaper and heavier. Evee itself rates its Chilwee graphene packs at 300 charging cycles on the Flipper, Mito+, LX and S1 3W pages — roughly one year of daily charging. They take 7–8 hours to charge.
  • Lithium (Evee uses Phylion cells; Evee calls the Gen-Z Pro pack lithium iron phosphate, but does not name the chemistry on other models) costs more upfront, is lighter, and on the S1 Air charges in about 5 hours. Evee does not publish a cycle rating for its lithium packs.

Our view: if you ride every day and plan to keep the scooter more than a year, the lithium version is the safer buy. A graphene pack that needs replacing after 300 cycles wipes out most of the price difference. Graphene makes sense for light use — a few short trips a week.

Model Reviews

Evee Flipper — PKR 97,000

The cheapest Evee and one of the cheapest new electric two-wheelers in Pakistan. It is a small scooter with a 350W motor, a 48V 13Ah graphene battery and a brand-stated 35 km range. Evee's spec table says 25 km/h top speed, while the description on the same page says 35 km/h.

Estimated real-world range: about 21–25 km. Evee itself pitches the Flipper for riding inside a housing society, and that is the right way to see it. It is not a commuter for main roads. Warranty: motor 24 months, battery and controller 12 months.

Evee Mito+ — PKR 137,000

A 600W city scooter with a 60V 32Ah graphene battery, 40 km/h top speed and a brand-stated 70–90 km range (the description on the same page says "up to 70 km"). Charging takes 7–8 hours.

Estimated real-world range: about 54–63 km, or less if the "up to 70 km" in Evee's own description is closer to the truth. The weak point is the warranty: only 6 months on the battery and controller, the shortest in the lineup. For PKR 23,000 more, the LX gets a 1000W motor and a 20-month battery warranty. We would skip the Mito+ unless the budget is fixed at PKR 140,000.

Evee LX — PKR 160,000

The LX uses the same 60V 32Ah graphene battery as the Mito+ but with a 1000W motor and 40–45 km/h top speed. Brand-stated range is 70–90 km, and the battery is rated for 300 cycles.

Estimated real-world range: about 54–63 km. Warranty is motor 12 months, battery 20 months or 15,000 km, controller 6 months. This is the best-value graphene Evee for short daily commutes inside a city.

Evee Gen-Z — PKR 177,900 (graphene) / PKR 229,900 (lithium)

Evee's best-known model. Both versions have a 1000W motor, 45–50 km/h top speed, three riding modes (Eco, Normal, Sports), a disc brake, under-seat storage and a digital meter. Brand-stated range is 70–90 km.

  • Graphene: 72V 32Ah, PKR 177,900
  • Lithium: 76.8V 27Ah Phylion, PKR 229,900

Estimated real-world range: about 54–63 km. Warranty is motor 24 months, battery and controller 20 months, frame 36 months. The Gen-Z suits students and office commuters doing 20–40 km a day. With daily use, choose lithium.

Evee Gen-Z Pro — PKR 244,900

A lithium-only Gen-Z with a 76.8V 30Ah pack (the page writes "76.8Ah 30Ah", a typo), described by Evee as lithium iron phosphate. Same 1000W motor and 45–50 km/h top speed; brand-stated range is a slightly lower 60–80 km.

What the extra PKR 15,000 over the Gen-Z lithium buys is warranty: 36 months on the battery and controller instead of 20. Estimated real-world range: about 48–56 km. A dealer lists the battery as 25Ah, so confirm the capacity on the battery label before paying.

Evee S1 — PKR 206,000 (graphene) / PKR 269,900 (lithium)

A larger, full-size scooter with a reverse gear and daytime running lamp. The graphene version has a 1200W motor and 72V 36Ah battery; the lithium version has a 1500W motor and 76.8V 32Ah Phylion battery. Top speed is 50–55 km/h and brand-stated range 70–90 km. Charging takes about 7 hours.

Estimated real-world range: about 54–63 km. Warranty matches the Gen-Z (motor 24 months, battery and controller 20 months, frame 36 months). The S1 makes sense for bigger riders or regular pillion use. If you only ride alone, the Gen-Z gives similar range for less.

Evee S1 Air — PKR 275,000 (graphene) / PKR 319,900 (lithium)

Evee's flagship, launched at the Pakistan Auto Parts Show 2026. A 2200W motor gives 65–70 km/h in the spec table (the page description says up to 75 km/h), the fastest Evee. Brand-stated range is 90–110 km, charging takes about 5 hours, and it has a front disc brake and three riding modes.

  • Graphene: 72V 38Ah, PKR 275,000
  • Lithium: 76.8V 35Ah Phylion, PKR 319,900

Estimated real-world range: about 66–77 km. This is the only Evee with enough speed for main roads such as Lahore's Canal Road or Karachi's Shahrah-e-Faisal. At PKR 319,900 for lithium, though, it competes with LFP models from Crown and OKLA that carry longer battery warranties (see the comparison below).

Evee S1 3W — PKR 245,000

A three-wheel version of the S1 with a 1200W motor, 60V 36Ah graphene battery, 35–40 km/h top speed and a brand-stated 50–70 km range. It is built for stability — older riders, people with balance concerns, or carrying light loads. Estimated real-world range: about 42–49 km. Warranty: motor 12 months, battery 20 months or 15,000 km.

PAVE Scheme — Evee Is Not on the List

We checked the official PAVE vehicle list and PAVE partner companies list on 1 November 2026. Neither Evee nor its maker, Fusion Engineering, appears. That means no Self Finance subsidy (PKR 80,000) and no Bank Lease subsidy (PKR 50,000) on any Evee.

If you want the subsidy, these PAVE-listed scooters sit close to Evee's prices:

PAVE ModelPAVE Scheme PriceSelf Finance (after PKR 80,000)Bank Lease (after PKR 50,000)Closest Evee at Retail
Crown FairyPKR 210,000~PKR 130,000PKR 160,000 financedS1 graphene, PKR 206,000
Metro ThrillPKR 235,000~PKR 155,000PKR 185,000 financedGen-Z lithium, PKR 229,900
OKLA OKTPKR 248,500~PKR 168,500PKR 198,500 financedGen-Z Pro, PKR 244,900

Self Finance means you pay the full scheme price upfront and the government transfers PKR 80,000 to your bank account after delivery and verification. Bank Lease means a partner bank pays the maker, PKR 50,000 is deducted, and you repay the rest at 0% markup (loan up to PKR 200,000). PAVE bikes are allotted by e-ballot, so the subsidy is not guaranteed.

If you win a PAVE ballot, a subsidised scooter costs PKR 50,000–75,000 less than a comparable Evee. If you did not apply or were not selected, Evee's retail prices are competitive. Full rules: PM Electric Bike Scheme 2026.

Installment Plans

Evee's website does not publish an installment plan. Scootric, a dealer that describes itself as the authorised Evee dealer in Lahore and Karachi, advertises up to 24 monthly installments on every model through its EMI calculator. Ask for the total amount payable in writing, since dealer installment prices usually include markup.

Bank financing options (Meezan, Alfalah and others) are covered in our electric bike installment guide.

Showrooms, Dealers & Service

This is Evee's weakest area online.

  • Head office and factory: 19-KM, Baghdadi Street, off Multan Road, Lahore
  • Sales: +92 325 2292290 · Helpline: +92 42 32300720 (Monday–Saturday, 9 am–8 pm) · sales@evee.pk
  • Dealer locator and service-centre pages on evee.pk: both loaded blank when we checked on 1 November 2026
  • Scootric (dealer): three showrooms in Lahore, including H Block, DHA Phase 1 and Awan Town, plus one in Baldia Town, Karachi, according to its own site

Evee's homepage advertises "door to door service", but with no published service-centre list we could not confirm coverage outside Lahore and Karachi. If you live in Islamabad, Peshawar, Multan or Faisalabad, call the helpline and ask for the nearest dealer and service point before buying. Make sure the warranty card is filled in with your name and the battery serial number.

Also worth knowing: evee.pk's news section currently shows unrelated casino articles, which suggests the site is not closely maintained. The product pages and prices still match the dealer and PakWheels, so we treat them as current.

For comparison, Crown gives 4 years / 48,000 km on its LFP batteries and OKLA gives 3 years. Apart from the Gen-Z Pro, Evee's battery cover is shorter.

Running Cost vs Petrol

Evee does not publish electricity use per charge, so we estimated it from battery size, using the method in our charging cost guide (volts × amp-hours ÷ 1,000, plus about 15% charging loss):

  • Gen-Z graphene (72V 32Ah): about 2.6 units per full charge
  • S1 Air graphene (72V 38Ah): about 3.1 units per full charge

Using NEPRA's 2026 residential base rates reported by Express Tribune (before taxes, fuel adjustment and fixed charges):

Tariff slabRate per unitGen-Z per chargeS1 Air per charge
Protected, 101–200 unitsPKR 13.01~PKR 34~PKR 40
Non-protected, 201–300 unitsPKR 33.10~PKR 86~PKR 103
Top slabPKR 47.69~PKR 124~PKR 148

At PKR 33.10 per unit and a realistic 55 km per charge, a Gen-Z costs about PKR 1.6 per km. A 70cc petrol bike at 53 km per litre with petrol at PKR 377.91 per litre (OGRA, 29 October 2026) costs about PKR 7.1 per km. For 40 km a day, 26 days a month, that is roughly PKR 1,650 for the Gen-Z against PKR 7,400 for petrol.

Charging an e-scooter can push your home into a higher slab, so check your monthly units. More detail: petrol vs electric savings guide.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the price of Evee electric scooters in Pakistan in 2026?

Evee prices range from PKR 97,000 (Flipper) to PKR 319,900 (S1 Air Lithium). The Mito+ is PKR 137,000, the LX PKR 160,000, the Gen-Z PKR 177,900 or 229,900, the S1 PKR 206,000 or 269,900, and the S1 Air PKR 275,000 or 319,900, per evee.pk in November 2026.

What is the price of the Evee S1 Air?

The Evee S1 Air costs PKR 275,000 with a graphene battery and PKR 319,900 with a Phylion lithium battery. It has a 2200W motor, 65–70 km/h top speed and a brand-stated 90–110 km range.

What is the price of the Evee Gen-Z?

The Evee Gen-Z costs PKR 177,900 with a 72V 32Ah graphene battery or PKR 229,900 with a 76.8V 27Ah lithium battery. The Gen-Z Pro, with a 36-month battery warranty, costs PKR 244,900.

Is Evee on the PAVE scheme?

No. No Evee model is on the official PAVE vehicle list, and Evee's maker is not a PAVE partner company (checked 1 November 2026). You cannot claim the PKR 80,000 Self Finance or PKR 50,000 Bank Lease subsidy on an Evee.

Should I buy the graphene or lithium Evee?

Buy lithium if you ride daily and plan to keep the scooter for more than a year. Evee rates its graphene packs at 300 charging cycles, so a daily rider may need a new battery within about a year. Graphene suits light, occasional use.

What warranty does Evee give on the battery?

It depends on the model. The Gen-Z, S1 and S1 Air get 20 months, the LX and S1 3W get 20 months or 15,000 km, the Flipper 12 months, the Mito+ only 6 months, and the Gen-Z Pro 36 months.

What is the real range of an Evee scooter?

Expect about 60–70% of the brand-stated figure in city traffic. That is roughly 54–63 km for the Gen-Z and S1, and 66–77 km for the S1 Air. Graphene batteries lose more range in summer heat and with a pillion.

Where are Evee showrooms in Pakistan?

Evee's head office and factory are on Multan Road in Lahore. Its online dealer locator was blank when we checked, so call the helpline on +92 42 32300720 for the nearest dealer. Dealer Scootric lists three showrooms in Lahore and one in Baldia Town, Karachi.

Can I buy an Evee on installments?

Evee does not publish its own installment plan. Dealer Scootric advertises up to 24 monthly installments on all models, and some banks finance electric scooters. Ask for the total payable amount in writing before signing.

How much electricity does an Evee use per charge?

We estimate about 2.6 units for a Gen-Z graphene and 3.1 units for an S1 Air graphene. That is roughly PKR 86–103 per full charge at the PKR 33.10 base rate for 201–300 units, before taxes.
